Components:
The house is designed to bring in a sense of intimacy and connection through subtle changes in the scales of the various spaces.
The middle plot with neighbours on 3 sides and 90' deep is designed in such a way that every area of this house is properly ventilated and properly lit during day which further enhances the spaces and its utility.
The positions and sizes of the openings are dictated by climatology, ensuring natural light, cross ventilation and passive cooling.
The traditional Brick Jaali is designed on first floor to gain filtered east light and directs the wind flow for proper ventilation in house.

Project Details:
The context of the actual site dictataed the shape of the house. We wanted each bedroom experience to have a various enviorment in landscape giving inside out experience.
We have designed the house on many levels to maintain the site's ecology.
Components:
Double height living area with open to sky Patio,4 Bedrooms,
Recreation Room on Attic floor with mezzanine floor for kids,
Jacuzzi ,Puja space to accomodate large gatherings ,Kitchen,Dining area,Formal drawing room,Servant's room with sunken green space and Utilities in Basement.Parking to accommodate 3 cars, segregated private and public entrance to the house.
Outdoor seating are designed on various levels to adore the view of hills.

hOUSE OF HIRANANDANI

Project Details: The residence interior design is done for four members including two little daughters and visiting grandparents.
Spaces are designed keeping in mind their daily routine and feasibility to use every corner for all age groups.
Internal planning is done keeping in mind the function & desires,invidual vs collective,public vs private, safety of kids.
Minimal false ceilings and subtle colours are used to make it look more spacious.
Storage spaces are the main focus in this residence.Every corner space is properly utilised.
The client coordination is through emails and conference calls bcz of busy schedule so bill of quantities,design to execution was taken care by our team.

We have supervised the whole project from design ,buying materials to execution .
The client lives abroad so coordination was through emails & calls .So our team has coordinated with all the contractors to deliver quality and to finish the work on time.
